Commercial Roofing Account Manager

St. Joe, IN

  • Join a stable, faith-based company that respects & honors family commitments and has cultivated a solid customer base
  • Manage & grow the sales pipeline daily
  • Build & maintain relationships with people to understand their roofing needs
  • Offer preventative maintenance and reroofing services for commercial properties
  • Schedule complimentary roof inspections
  • Inspect the roof condition to suggest possible solutions
  • Generate an estimate and proposal for the client
  • Guide the customer through their decision-making
  • Follow up with the customer throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction with the project
  • Finish the project with a final meeting where you will collect the final payment, gather feedback, and ask for referrals
  • Travel typically within a 2-hour radius, covering the whole state of Indiana
  • Work consistent full-time hours, Monday-Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5/5:30 PM
  • Earn a base pay plus commission

Weavers Roofing & Construction, a family-owned and operated commercial roofing contractor, is looking for an Account Manager to build relationships with customers and provide solutions for extending the life of their roofs. Our ideal candidate is confident & persuasive and will have a solid background in construction. Our Ideal Account Manager:

  • Experienced: A background in roofing, facility management, or construction sales is preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish are a plus.
  • Computer Savvy: Comfortable learning and using our construction software, CompanyCam & CenterPoint Connect.
  • Self-motivated & Goal-oriented: Someone driven to meet and exceed company sales goals without much oversight.
  • Resilient: This role will get more nos than yeses; someone who handles rejection and remains persistent in pursuing leads.
  • Problem-solver: Must be able to discuss solutions to each unique roofing issue and offer our services to meet the customer's needs.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Enjoys connecting with people and communicates clearly; someone personable and confident. Can give compelling project proposals.
  • Attention to Detail: Has a keen eye for detailed requirements when preparing estimates and proposals; produces excellent work.
  • Active: This is a physical role that involves climbing ladders, lifting up to 75 pounds, and navigating flat and sloped roofs.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
