- Prepares construction cost estimates by doing take-offs and analyzing all costs associated with the work.
- Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors and ensures that scopes and qualifications meet project needs.
- Attends meetings and speaks with customers, professionals, suppliers, and team members.
