Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, implementation, and tracking of commercial roof projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Conduct on-site management, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Facilitate pre-job meetings and support seamless transitions from estimating to project execution.
* Manage project documentation, including purchase orders, schedules, and closeout procedures.
* Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with proficiency in project management or estimating.
* Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
* Proven knowledge of technical installation of commercial/industrial roofing systems and building codes.
* Experience with project management software is advantageous.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
* Comfortable working outdoors and capable of physical tasks such as climbing ladders and stairs.
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with day travel to job sites required.
