We're seeking a Service Helper Roofer to join our team for roof repairs on exciting commercial projects.

Purpose: If you're hands-on, customer-focused, and skilled at diagnosing roof issues, we want you! You'll survey existing roof conditions, investigate leaks, and provide accurate repair estimates. Plus, you'll make warranted repairs on various commercial roof systems.

Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities of the Job:

* Assist with routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties

* Perform leak repairs on commercial/industrial roofing projects

* Help with repairs and small-scale construction on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified Roof Systems, and more

* Collaborate with the Service Foreman to complete assigned jobs, focusing on repairs and inspections

* Be eager to learn and assist with all aspects of assigned tasks

* Demonstrate quick learning ability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

* Enjoy working outdoors and using tools

* Previous construction experience preferred, but not required

* Adhere strictly to job-site safety requirements, including PPE and fall protection

* Comfortable climbing ladders and willing to travel out of state as needed

* Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals

* Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
