Title: Commercial Sales Account Manager

What We Are Looking For The Commercial Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth. This role focuses on promoting and selling NOCO's full suite of commercial products and services, including fuels, environmental, natural gas, electricity, EV Chargers, HVAC solutions, and more. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with Technical Sales Specialists to ensure that complex customer needs are met with tailored technical solutions.
What You Will Do - Proactively identify, pursue, and manage new sales opportunities for all NOCO commercial products, including fuels, environmental, natural gas, electricity, EV Chargers, HVAC solutions, and related services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to clients that highlight the benefits of NOCO's full commercial product line.
- Work alongside Technical Sales Specialists to ensure clients receive the most effective and accurate technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate NOCO products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities to introduce NOCO's residential offering via the Preferred Partner Employee Discount Program designed for employees of commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Specialists to address any technical questions or issues that arise during the sales process or account management.
- Ensure all client needs are met by coordinating with internal departments (e.g., operations, customer service, technical teams, and finance).
- Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify potential for additional sales or service improvements across NOCO's product range.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the Technical Sales Specialists to ensure accurate communication of technical requirements for NOCO's products.
- Engage Technical Sales Specialists in the sales process when complex or specialized product knowledge is needed.
- Coordinate post-sale technical support by involving the appropriate specialists to address any client concerns or requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial fuels, energy, and HVAC sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and market penetration across NOCO's commercial products.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, proposals, and contracts.

What You Will Need - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial energy or services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing client accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Familiarity with NOCO's products or the commercial energy industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
