Action Group is assisting an International Manufacturer with a local presence in locating a self-starting team player to assume the role of Commercial Sales Manager.

Ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and five years in a leadership role with some knowledge of client's products in thermal design.

Requirements of Commercial Sales Manager:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• 5 years management experience
• Large project negotiations

Requirements of Commercial Sales Manager:

• Prepare and submit quotations to customers and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients to close orders for optimum profitability
• Stay abreast of industry trends, government regs and internal capabilities
• Sales forecasting and planning
• Work with suppliers for optimal materials and pricing
