Position Summary
As the Commercial Service Technician, you will provide excellence in service to our commercial clients, plan and maintain systems, and assist with and follow up on service requirements in the field. Maintain and repair pools, water treatment and equipment, install new equipment, and upgrade existing equipment to meet customer expectations.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Timely follow up on customer issues to ensure completion.
* Troubleshoot Equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, salt generators, automation systems, pool, and spa lights)
* Perform plumbing repairs.
* Leak Detection (Pressure Testing Lines & Diving).
* Educate and train customers on our services and products.
* Dedicated to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Summerize & Winterize Swimming Pools and Spas
* Record information accurately for billing purposes.
* Maintain Communication with office.
* Deliver dry chemicals and small bulk.
* Cross-promote / sell additional products and services from other divisions.
* Phone calls, emails and messages are attended to promptly.
* Treat all customers and employees with respect and dignity.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Understand all aspects of pool chemicals, usage, and hazards.
* Working knowledge of Department of Health regulations for city, county, and state.
* Assist with disseminating safety code changes to staff.
* Experience on commercial pools preferred.
* Experience working on chemical feeders and controllers preferred.
* Knowledgeable in commercial laws, regulations, and codes.
* Commercial techs with CPO certified preferred. If not, will train.
