In 1960, Nick Falcone Jr. & his brother John Falcone expanded the business into heavy highway work & concrete roadway paving. In the late 1970's the company thrived on commercial, new residential developments & heavy highway work. The ownership then changed to the third generation of Falcone's in 1986. With continued success, the business expanded into municipal work & commercial site development. Currently, the fourth generation has already begun to hone their skills & knowledge in order to move towards the next set of leadership goals. Today, Nick Falcone & Sons is proud to employ a dedicated group of loyal & extremely knowledgeable staff to continue our decades long commitment to high quality workmanship. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform pipe cutting, laying, and connecting, ensuring proper sealing of joints and covering with earth.
- Assisting Operators when digging trenches to specified depths, grade and level using hand tools, lasers, GPS systems, and machinery, and spreading dirt and stone as required.
- Install new sanitary and stormwater, water line, and sewer structures and pipe systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and project sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately to complete assignments on schedule.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a pipe layer in commercial site development.
- Experience in excavation, concrete, and asphalt site work is a plus!
- Ability to lift heavy objects (80+ lbs), stand for extended periods, and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work outdoors, all weather and seasons year round.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to operate light equipment, roller, skidsteer, mini-excavator, etc.
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearance checks.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon employment.
- Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation to and from project sites.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6:30a - 3:00p
- Saturday work is available
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime Potential

- Report to jobsite most days
