Are you an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects? Join our client's team as a Commercial Construction Superintendent and lead the successful delivery of high-quality builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage schedules, track progress, and address challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years as a superintendent in commercial construction; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities with a focus on problem-solving.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in construction software, scheduling tools, and reading blueprints and specifications.
