In this role, you'll play a key part in the sales organization, collaborating with our Fine Fragrance team in a fast-paced, creative environment. Based in our New York office, you will provide critical support for both internal and client-focused projects, managing processes from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities Sample Management: Coordinate the preparation, shipment, and tracking of fragrance samples for clients, maintaining accurate records and timelines. Project Support: Assist the sales team in managing client requests and internal projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, fragrance development, and operations teams to align on project timelines and ensure smooth communication. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining sales documents. Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, providing product information, and supporting sales efforts. Meeting Preparation: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team, including arranging catering, organizing inventory, preparing the room, and handling cleanup afterward. Oral & written communication skills Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment. Bilingual a plus Highly motivated and curious about the world of beauty specifically fine fragrance
