The position requires a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented person with the desire and ability to provide exceptional administrative support. Perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona. Manage daily truck and rail schedules. Manage truck dock schedule. Ensure confidentiality on matters related to the commercial and operations Interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member Assemble and coordinate the preparation of information in advance of meetings Perform back up duties during co-worker absence (cross-training) Cross-train other administrative positions for backup and vacation coverage Managing shipping documents, shipment scheduling, production reporting, record retention and various month end applications Effective oral and written communication ADM application system's Month end reporting. Develop and maintain office filing system (including record retention) in paper and electronic formats Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines Salary/Wage Range: $21 to $24/hour
