New and Used Truck Sales, both medium and heavy trucksResponsibilities
- Sells new and used medium and heavy duty truck in accordance with established profit and unit count objectives.
- Assists customers in selecting , specking, and ordering vehicles based on the customers needs and wants.
- Uses multiple ways to prospect for new customers; phone, email, walk in, cold calls, CRM.
- Prepares outside sales call reports, using provided CRM.
- Provides follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers.
- Demonstrates new and used vehicles to customers. This may include test drives.
- Writes complete and accuratesales orders, secures deposits, and processes paperwork.
- Delivers new trucks, explaning warranty and service programs.
- Attend training and salesmeetings as directed.
Qualifications
- Maintains a detailed note history.
- Obtain a class B CDL.
- Must have a clean DMV report.
- Ability to obtain a valid Virginia Sales License
- Maintain a professional appearance.
