Job title: Commercial Vice PresidentLocation: New York, New YorkDuties: Own the commercial development mission and serve as a liaison to corporate leaders and stakeholders on this topic for the IWC Maison. Lead IWC boutiques and specialist retail doors, managing their retail, specialist retail, client development and network, and operations functions. Oversee the sales volume. Monitor KPIs, action plans, recruitment, product assortment, operations and client activations. Manage S&D budgets, including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve results. Craft and implement new client strategies to acquire and retain customers, while enhancing their overall experience. Translate the global and regional brand strategy to optimize market opportunities. Drive sales and implement client strategies to grow IWC's share in the luxury market. Develop and manage a high-performing team to produce superior client experience and win brand propositions, including supervising Internal Boutique (BTQ), Ecommerce, Learning and Development (L&D) and Customer Relationship Management/Customer Experience (CRM/CX) teams. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the brand and plan for opportunities, while communicating that strategy to the global executive team. Partial telecommuting 1 day per week permitted. 20% international and domestic travel required.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in position offered or related, including 5 years of experience with: managing international teams throughout market expansion and boutique opening including budgeting, planning, recruiting, training, KPI setting, multichannel strategy with cross department functions and incentive programs; retail management and retail expansion, including boutique openings, management of existing network, and retail KPIs; both E-commerce and physical retail: Launching e-commerce activity including client acquisition, sales, online brand visibility and awareness, product assortment, activity calendar, and physical retail including sales management, training, recruitment, store building, contract management, product assortment, KPI, client experience and after sales, activity calendar, and CRM; North American luxury watch market; event hosting, bringing international clients to brand activations, and training teams on how to serve international clients with different cultural service expectations; and budget management across points of sales to reach profitability, including managing cost of recruitment, Sales & Distribution budget management, budget forecast per category, T&E budgeting, and building and implementing annual strategic plan at whole market level. $225,000 - $240,000/yearSend resume to Richemont North America, Inc. at ...@richemont.com and reference position title in subject line.
