12-month initial contract

M-F hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite

$45/HR

Orion Group is seeking a Commercial Compliance Analyst who will assist the US Commercial Compliance department in supporting the execution of the compliance monitoring program and the accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) for Federal Sunshine and state reporting.

The Commercial Compliance Analyst will assist in analysis of data, investigating, documenting, and reporting potential compliance observations with the sales reps related to HCPs in iREP (CRM system) and Concur CTE (expense reporting system).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, simultaneously for review by commercial, legal, and OEC management.

• Maintain outstanding level of oral and written communication when addressing daily operational compliance inquiries from customer facing and home office personnel.

• Monitor, identify, and report on trends within iREP and CTE monitoring data, including presenting to the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Commercial, and Legal partners.

• Maintain appropriate documentation of operational tasks and provide regular updates and records reviews.

• Approach business challenges with the US Commercial Compliance team in multiple ongoing projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex compliance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required in business, finance, or related field

• Highly analytical with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Must have substantial MS office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot table experience needed for excel), SharePoint, and Power BI to ensure accuracy of data

• Ability to review large sets of data and recognize trends

• Ability to interact directly with customer facing personnel and provide a high level of customer service

• Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility

• Ideally, extensive experience in pharma compliance in the U.S.

• Ability to manage several workflows simultaneously and coordinated with corresponding SMEs as necessary

• Intense curiosity and persistence to understand both big picture and important details.

• Motivated self-starter with proven success in an interactive and remote team environment requiring low supervision.
