This position will manage all aspects of the Pheasantland Industries' commissary warehousing production line operation in accordance with private commissary contractor's policies and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications:

* Forklift certification (preferred)

* Driver's License

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Duties include:

* Ensure warehousing operations including operating policies and procedures in regard to warehouse pick/pack and quality control scanning operations, inventory control duties and delivery logistics are complied with.

* Maintain and secure records on all warehouse training conducted.

* Assist in hiring employees as necessary.

* Conduct corrective actions as necessary.

* Report and follow-up concerning any software related issues.

* Ensure production lines are running efficiently and on schedule.

* conduct training of new employees and remedial training of existing staff as necessary.

* Ensure compliance with the procedures regarding product ordering/ receiving, stocking, stock rotation, cycle counts, inventory adjustment justifications and quality control process.

* Assist in conducting advance long range yearly scheduling in conjunction with applicable facilities to meet IT and warehousing and logistics operations during holidays or other upcoming events.

* Ensure the weekly scheduled processing of all commissary orders is completed according to the approved schedule.

* Assist as necessary in compiling weekly payroll report / time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars.

* Ensure proper maintenance of all areas and maintain a current inventory of all equipment/products ensuring all equipment is accounted for and operational.

* Ensure product is stored in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.

* Ensure all administrative functions are carried out in compliance with all PI policies and that all local operating policies/procedures.

* Attend any Agency required training as necessary.

* Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by Commissary Warehouse Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to:

* ability to prioritize projects from several sources and departments;

* general office machine experience;

* inventory control knowledge and experience;

* PC experience required - word processing and spreadsheet generation;

* supervisory knowledge & experience;

* pick/pack line knowledge & skills;

* computerized quality control scanning;

* 10-key calculator experience.
