In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Commissioning services for both new building/major renovation commissioning projects (Cx) and existing building commissioning projects (EBCx) in our core markets which include government, commercial, education, and institutional clients. This position is based in the Washington DC area and requires travel throughout the mid-atlantic region.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence)
  • Manage tasks to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings
  • Lead communications within a project team and successfully support multiple clients at once
Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in an Engineering field or equivalent military experience
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience with background in the mechanical, electrical, and/or facilities engineering field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings and infrastructure
  • Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities
  • EIT preferred
  • ACP preferred
  • Knowledge of DC metro and mid-Atlantic areas
  • Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be US Citizen because the Federal projects require this status
