Our Client, a Clinical Company, is looking for Communication Management Specialist for their Remote location Responsibilities:
- The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager. The primary duties include routing incoming communications from sales and customers to the appropriate technician for problem resolution. The incoming communications will be related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform. Additional duties may include logging metrics and communicating problem resolutions back to sales and customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrates basic understanding of communication media and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret and act using analytic skills
- Attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time
- 2+ years' experience in related role or with relative experience
- BA or BS
