GENERAL SUMMARY:
+ Under general supervision, utilizing telephony integrated computer system with specialized software to provide assistance with: HFHS directory, pager communications, on-call operations, and after-hour physician answering service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ One year of computer technology, data entry, and work processing skills.
+ One year of college course work in Business is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a normal office environment. (October, 2000)
