The Department of Admissions and Recruitment is seeking a Communications Coordinator. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions/Marketing and Communication, the Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting recruitment efforts by leveraging digital communications, data-driven strategies, and graphic design expertise to engage prospective students. This position is an important member of a collaborative partnership with University Marketing and Communications, as well as the Office of Admissions recruitment team. In collaboration with the Assistant Director, this position will help to create, manage, and implement a robust, yet flexible, communications and marketing plan. The position should have a keen eye for detail, be skilled at editing and proofreading content, and have a knack for research and a love of learning.Pay: $43,000 - $45,000Schedule:Duties and Responsibilities of Communications CoordinatorManage admissions and recruitment marketing communications across print, social media, and digital platforms, ensuring they align with PNW's brand and marketing strategy.Create and update content by reviewing, proofreading, and editing for consistency and accuracy across all channels. Collaborate with the Assistant Director to develop and enhance engaging marketing materials.Maintain and update social media and external platforms used throughout the recruitment and admissions cycles, developing and implementing effective content strategies to engage prospective students.Assist with the implementation of CRM communications and recruitment marketing strategies for the Office of Admissions.
