The Department of Community Health is seeking qualified candidates for a Communications Specialist 2 position with the State Health Benefit Plan. Communications Specialist 2 plays a critical role in managing, innovating, and enhancing the State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP)'s web presence and information output. This is a hybrid position that requires in-office and remote work with the approval of the supervisor. The days and frequency in the office can change at any time during employment based on the business needs of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of communications or related experience OR Four years of communications or related experience OR One year of experience required at the lower level Communications Spec 1 (GSP040) or position equivalent.
