Day to day:

The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for driving clear, timely, and engaging internal communications for a 24/7 shift-based workforce. Collaborating with HR, communications, Marketing, and operations, this position will manage and execute the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels that reflect the organization's values and goals. This position will develop and execute frontline internal communications strategies, creating written content and collaborating with the design team to ensure branded content is created for internal digital signage and printed materials. This job's purpose is to keep employees informed, aligned with company objectives, and engaged with initiatives.

Must Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably with experience working with diverse teams with frontline employees working across multiple shifts.
• Proficiency with internal communication tools/apps (e.g., SharePoint) and shift-based, deskless employee communication strategies.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience in communicating employee engagement, employer brand or workplace culture programs preferred.
