Working with Marketing this Communications role is responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of platforms. We're looking for someone who is driven and passionate about delivering exceptional internal and external communications in a diverse and fast-paced environment. You will manage communications across the lifecycle to ensure that messaging and branding is consistent and timely to support and build user experience. So why not come and join a team that is helping shape the future of media!Responsibilities* Developing an internal and external communication strategy* Creating and managing blog, design, video content, content for internal newsletters and various content pieces to showcase and support the client experience, stories, and events.* Stakeholder management across the organisation and provide support for internal events.* Provide advice to stakeholders and assist in the delivery of external communications.* Prepare marketing campaign briefs for internal and external (agency) stakeholders.* Write, edit, and publish original content across a range of channels (primarily website as well as other mediums such as partner content, eDMs, product advice, infographics, articles, social and SEM copy, and video scripts).* Develop media releases, key messages and briefing notes, and work with our PR agency to build the company profile.About You* Qualifications in a communications or marketing discipline is a plus* 1 year+ practical experience in the areas of marketing, copywriting, and advertising* Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards is a plus* Extensive Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills* The ability to project manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands* The ability to problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal supervision* Strong organisational skill with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail* Having a flexible and adaptable work style as priorities change and opportunities ariseWhat we offer- Competitive Remuneration Package- 401k plan- Insurance (Health, Dental and Vision)- Flexible Hours- More vacation time- Free yoga/meditation classesHow to applyHintz is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
