Community Area President (West TN)

Lead the overall strategic direction and operational management of all branches and lending activities within the territory. Work with the Community Market Presidents to set financial goals, growth strategies, and performance benchmarks for the territory. Ensure branches align with corporate objectives and drive initiatives to increase market share, profitability, and operational efficiency. Work with the Head of Community Banking and other department leaders to identify and implement service and process best practices in a unified approach across all communities. All communities should maintain the same processes to ensure a great customer experience throughout the area. Monitor and assess market conditions, identifying opportunities for expansion and competitive differentiation. Oversee and direct all deposit and loan activities, ensuring the territory meets or exceeds growth targets across commercial and consumer portfolios.
