Homestead Companies is hiring for a Part Time Community Assistant at our student housing property The Cottages in College Station, TX with 1354 beds. Must be able to work on weekends.
We are currently seeking charismatic team-members to join us as Community Assistants. This is the perfect opportunity for students or entry-level professionals looking to earn extra cash and gain experience to build their career.
What would a community assistant do?
Be the face and voice of your HU community. Promote your community on-campus among student body and local businesses, driving brand awareness and positive word of mouth. Provide exemplary customer service both on and off the property. Assist Leasing Manager and Community Manager with day to day leasing, sales initiatives, administrative tasks, social events, and annual turns. Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns to drive sales. Go above and beyond to participate as a proactive, positive team member, with the common goal of building a strong leasing and Ace team and achieving target leasing, occupancy, maintenance, and customer service goals.
