About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Association Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious resort-style condominium property. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, is adept at balancing multiple responsibilities, and enjoys fostering relationships with board members, owners, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to association rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors, owners, vendors, and team members.
  • Oversee property management, including owner relations, budgeting, vendor coordination, and amenities management.
  • Facilitate owner move-ins and coordinate the rental program while maintaining accurate property records.
  • Lead and support various departments to uphold high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage association communications, including newsletters, meeting notices, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of condominium association management, including budgeting and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, OVOS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
