COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER

About the Company: We seek a manager for a condominium association in Chicago. Great residents and dedicated staff. Competitive salary and benefits coupled with a supported team approach.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the property including budget control and oversight of capital projects. There is a need for the candidate to be very reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Supervision and management of all property staff including administrative, front desk and maintenance staff.
• Creation and effective implementation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Capital projects oversight.
• Association administration.
• Primary liaison to all outside vendors regarding property issues.
• Management of property inventory.
• Timely resolution of all service requests filed by property occupants.

Qualifications:

• Must have the Illinois Community Association Manager License.
• Must have a strong customer service focus.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS suite software.

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000
