- The Community Benefit Specialist is responsible for both administrative tasks and community benefit/community health needs assessment (CHNA) support for Community Benefit leadership.
- This is a functionally diverse position that requires advanced Microsoft Office computer skills for the development of presentations, recording meeting minutes, maintaining and organizing records, and data tracking and reporting.
- Will work directly with Community Benefit leadership to facilitate scheduling meetings, correspondence, ordering supplies, drafting reports and calls.
- Monitors and maintains department deadlines, obligations and performance including time and attendance.
- Maintains a detailed task and follow-up to do list.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams within the Region and across the System to support BayCare's Community Benefit and CHNA strategies.
