Assists with program planning and implementation, volunteer coordination, administrative duties, and stakeholder communication. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the planning, development, and implementation of recreational programs for adults, youth, and the disabled.Collaborates with the Community Center Liaison Lead I to develop and implement sustainability strategies.Assists with the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers.Develops and maintains relationships with community partners and stakeholders.Assists with the preparation and management of program budgets.Assists with the marketing and promotion of community center programs.Maintains accurate records and prepares reports as required.Assumes the duties and responsibilities of Community Center Liaison Lead I in their absence.Performs other related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree in recreation, social work, education, or a related field preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in community-based recreational programming.
