The Community Connect Coordinator serves a s a liaison to families, students, and other partners and non-profit agencies. This full-time position provides support to connect families with basic resources needed for family stability and works at the French Gulch School site. A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred. Two+ years of professional experience performing similar functions and duties, preferably in a school setting, is desired. This position is funded by a two-year grant.
