Position Title Community Connection Assistant Department Center for Service Appointment Term Academic Year (August - May) FLSA Non-Exempt Job Summary
The Community Connection Assistant will be an active team member of a not-for-profit organization, school or governmental agency in the community. The successful candidates will have the ability to work in the community, making an impact in areas such as children and education, food insecurity, homelessness and poverty.
Essential Duties
The Community Connection Assistant's duties will vary depending upon the organization they are selected to be part of.
Duties may be, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the organization's mission
* Supporting the organization's daily operations, which may include work with customers, consumers, staff and volunteers and future or expanded programming.

Degree Seeking
At least an overall 2.0 GPA
Enrolled at least part-time
Must qualify for federal work study financial aid assistance
