Schell Brothers is looking for a Community Development Liaison to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry. This is a Full-Time position that would have the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as President of community HOA boards until they are formally transitioned to community homeowners.
  • Manage an internal system workflow of community development maintenance tickets and work orders.
  • Collaborate with the third-party management company, internal Schell Brothers employees, trade partners, and homeowners.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and lead HOA board meetings.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues between community members and the organization, working toward beneficial solutions.
  • Advocate for community needs and concerns within the organization, ensuring community voices are heard and considered in the decision-making process.
  • Establish an architectural review committee and approval processes within each community.
  • Educate resident-elected board members and residents regarding HOA operations and the legal framework related thereto.
Requirements Basic Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as an HOA president, property manager, leasing manager, or related experience
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products
  • Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
