This role will involve planning and executing community outreach programs, representing the company at community events, and ensuring alignment between corporate goals and community needs. Also managing relationships with property owners, building managers, and developers to ensure successful sales, service delivery, and ongoing support for Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) properties. This role involves driving new business, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and property managers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Hustle hard on the day-to-day execution of events, sponsorships, and local involvement
  • Execute events successfully by recording notes, sending agendas, and assigning tasks to team members
  • Collaborate on projects to improve marketing and progress sales
  • Maintain accurate and current sales funnel information to ensure continuous sales opportunities
  • Assist residential and business sales teams in achieving optimal sales goals
  • Utilize your calendar to keep your days structured and organized
  • Establish project timelines to ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping our Marketing team ALLO-awesome
  • Visit local ALLO offices to engage with customers, offer coverage, and build internal relationships
  • Act as next-level support and backup coverage for our market storefronts and First Impression Specialists
  • Live local by meeting community members, engaging in activities, Chamber lunches, and business after-hours
  • Support cross-regional events and activities
  • Assist the Social Media team in gathering video and image content from event photos to market footage
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, homeowners' associations, and consultants to support ALLO's growth
  • Educate property managers and residents on ALLO's product features, benefits, and applications through detailed information sessions and training
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through the entire customer lifecycle, including prospecting, sales, and identifying upgrade opportunities
  • Organize and host events to build brand awareness, give back, and increase service penetration within assigned properties
  • Act as a property advocate by collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met
  • Assist in generating sales, resolving complaints, and improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide promotional materials, tools, and support to property management teams
  • Monitor and report key sales metrics to assess performance and areas for improvement
  • Fulfill the role of MDU account manager in applicable markets
EDUCATION:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, and/or public relations
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in property management is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Raise objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, kneel and stand
  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods
  • Remain stationary for extended periods
  • Move on foot up to 5 miles per day
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Ability to observe details at far range
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Possess/Maintain a valid driver's license
  • Travel up to 70% to meet with clients and attend events as needed
