* Responsible for developing and implementing market promotion strategies based on market assessment of health sector in which employer operates.
* Assess market to identify avenues and develop strategies to promote services locally, as well as regionally and nationally.
* Assess patient and community health related needs.
* Assess patient and community satisfaction.
* Promote services through online marketing means including websites, media, social media, radio, strategic partnerships and any other means advisable.
* Conduct market research and analysis to devise targeted marketing strategies.
* Develop recommendations to management regarding its engagement in projects based on the data and information collected and analyzed.
* Liaise with partner Universities and evaluate foreign physician program; Prepare reports of findings.
* Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with outside marketing professionals and media specialists.
* Assist in the development of long and short-term plans and objectives; Work with President & CEO to develop and implement a strategic plan consistent with the purposes and objectives of the organization.
* Provide input and recommendations toward the development of new programs and services.
* Develop annual and other periodic plans and objectives, consistent with the strategic plans and the organization's mission.
* Contribute to development of overall and departmental budgets, ensuring budgets are developed consistent with plans and that data is accurate and reliable, and monitors spending to ensure it is within budgeted levels.
* Provide community engagement and outreach.
* Serve as a representative to the health care community and other human services organizations.
* Develop positive relationships with Federal, state and local public officials, executives of community based organizations, community leaders and groups.
* Participate in negotiations with provider organizations.
* develops, implements and manages payment methods for services provided by professional and institutional providers.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Must have BA or equiv. in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Must possess a current and valid California Driver's License
* Bilingual /Spanish is a plus
