Job Type Full-timeDescriptionABOUT THE ROLE Associations International (AI) is an association management company based in Lexington, KY, who partners with non-profit trade and career associations. Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team. Our client-partner, Quest Oracle Community , is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join their team! The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for assisting with customer engagement and membership renewals. As Community Engagement Specialist, you will leverage proven service skills to develop relationships, provide service and guidance, introduce the Quest community and benefits of membership to qualified professional prospects, and support key accounts to monitor customer satisfaction and deliver against renewal/retention objectives. The Community Engagement Specialist will report to the Executive Vice President of Quest Oracle Community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Focus on increasing member engagement and interaction with the Quest online community, especially around the Quest online groups
  • Execute tactics and programs to increase online membership engagement within the Quest website, forums, events and other activities
  • Onboard new community members/accounts
  • Sharing and promoting new members with the appropriate Quest teams
  • Serve as lead for Quest's customer renewal process
  • Serve as key staff liaison with group leader, providing Quest information and facilitating best-practice sharing around group management/execution
  • Monitor and provide guidance on the community-specific digital experience, which includes but is not limited to forum activity, community-specific events pages, online content (blogs, file library, content centers, customer stories, etc.), content tags, special interest and regional groups, etc.
  • Work with the Quest Education team as the key liaison to community subject matter experts (i.e. SIGS, Advisory Boards, Ambassadors, etc.) to drive the development, selection and delivery of exceptional content digitally and at face-to-face events
  • Assist the Quest Community Engagement manager executing the community-specific Vendor Alliance and Apps Unlimited programs
  • Work with community vendors and Oracle to bring their customers to Quest events and membership
  • Assist with community and member surveys, monitor survey progress, and help drive participation
  • Other duties as assigned
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years related professional experience
  • Highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multiple projects, work independently and with a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Enjoy working in a true collaborative/team environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to work in an office and/or home setting
  • Hybrid work environment; collaborating with colleagues 1 day on-site weekly at our Lexington, KY office
  • Position may require occasional out of town travel to multiple worksites
