About Posh
Humans are fundamentally social creatures, but the largest social companies today have evolved into purely digital content providers, exacerbating the isolation, loneliness, and mental health challenges plaguing our society. Posh enables anyone to become an event organizer and build a community around their followers, bringing people together in person to cultivate real-world human connections. Founded by event enthusiasts and college dropouts, we've built the ultimate tools for creating, marketing, and selling tickets to social experiences.
In just three years, Posh has grown to a team of 40+, expanded to 3M+ users, secured $31M in venture funding, and facilitated over $100M in transactions.
About The Role
At Posh, the Community team plays a central role in driving our growth and expansion efforts by connecting our most active event organizers and empowering them to scale their businesses. As a Community Lead, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product, driving community-powered growth and strategic initiatives that generate new revenue streams and build lasting connections. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of our business by fostering authentic relationships and enhancing the value of our platform for organizers.
You'll be responsible for launching and managing programs that enable our organizers to thrive-whether it's gathering valuable product feedback or helping them grow their event businesses on Posh. You'll also manage critical touchpoints with organizers, from running our Organizer Fly-In program to scaling our community-driven initiatives in focus markets.
Key Responsibilities:
You will help shape and execute innovative strategies that expand Posh's organizer network, ensuring our community has the resources, feedback loops, and support to grow. As a leader of cross-functional programs, your impact will be felt across the organization as you help build and scale the next phase of Posh's growth.

* Build and scale Virtual Communities for our Council and key markets to foster ongoing communication, support, and engagement.
* Work cross-functionally with Scaled Customer Success to create programs that increase organizers' revenue and long-term success on Posh.
* Lead and scale the Organizer Fly-In program, where organizers participate in workshops with the Posh team to grow their businesses and provide crucial feedback.
