Description & Requirements
As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will be working with the firm's community health center (CHC) team in serving the firm's CHC clients through your revenue cycle performance improvement capabilities.
How You Will Contribute:
* Manage and execute large and small revenue cycle performance improvement projects for community health centers, including qualitative and quantitative tasks
* Execute quality client service and identify additional value-added services
* Provide support to clients in executing revenue cycle improvement recommendations
* Advise, communicate, and present to all levels of leadership
* Participate in specific healthcare industry groups (e.g. NACHC, state primary care associations, etc.) as requested
* Assist with growing our current and future client relationships
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
* Strong analytical and effective communication skills
* An aptitude in Excel and/or business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or health care related field
* A minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle experience required and FQHC / community health center experience preferred
* Ability to travel up to 25% to 50%, depending on client commitments
