Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Description
The Community Impact Measurement co-op is a great way to learn about Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Impact and the evolving space of impact measurement and CSR/ESG reporting. The co-op in this role will work with the Impact Measurement team to support in the development of the company's bi-annual impact report and measurement of our 34 by 34 goal.

Responsibilities
* Join and contribute to relevant project related meetings.
* Provide support in desktop research and benchmarking.
* Update our impact measurement workplan for consistency and completeness.
* Provide project management related tasks to support the team.
* Update PowerPoint presentations to socialize progress.
* Collaborate with the community engagement team and other key stakeholders.

* Currently a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in a related field
* Self-starter, flexible and curious
* Highly organized, detail oriented and fast learner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong desire to learn; ability to learn new systems and tools
* Accountable for meeting deadlines and work performed
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
* Understanding of corporate social responsibility
* Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
* Experience in PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong relationship building, networking, writing, communication and research skills.
* Ability to work as a team or independently.
* Knowledge of social impact and the impact measurement space is a plus.
