About the Opportunity
The Community Insights Coordinator plays a crucial role in the organization by managing B2B and Healthcare quotes from client-facing teams, ensuring feasibility and pricing accuracy, and supporting the project lifecycle. This position is integral in providing exceptional panelist and customer support, verifying panelist quality, and managing rewards. The goal is to enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations within the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Manage B2B and Healthcare Quotes: Oversee the generation and management of quotes from client-facing teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Feasibility Assessment and Pricing: Conduct feasibility analyses and develop competitive pricing strategies to meet client needs.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and track samples throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Panelist Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to panelists as customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Panelist Verification and Rewards Management: Ensure the quality and verification of panelists while managing the distribution of rewards to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, project management, client support, or a related field, preferably within the B2B or healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

- Competitive salary: $72,000 - $90,000 USD and is also bonus eligible, allowing you to earn performance-based bonuses as a reward for achieving individual and team goals

What to Expect:
- 1st Round: 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
- 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
