As a Community Manager, the vision andleadership you provide your team is the most important factor that drivessuccess in our residential care communities. Qualifications: - Minimal of 18 years of age - Meet education criteria (ongoing)and license criteria required by the state to operate a Residential CareCommunity - Basic knowledge of healthcareadministration principles, methods and procedures, and knowledge of medicalterminology, medicines and narcotic protocol - Current knowledge ofadministrative procedures with the ability to assist in recruiting, selecting,and the orientation of personnel as well as to plan and direct work of others - Comprehensive knowledge of Communityresources particularly in the health and supportive services - Missouri Communities: CertifiedMedication Aide/Certified Medication Technician preferred Are you looking to have fun while making a difference in someone's life?Who We Are At Americare we make a difference in the everyday lives of others and we are proud of the work we do.
