Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and manage all activities related to community engagement for our organization. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community members, responding to inquiries, and creating engaging content to foster a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

* Proven experience in community management or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to create and curate engaging content for various platforms.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase member participation and retention.

* Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner.

* Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, forums, and other community channels.

* Organize and manage community events, both online and offline.

* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and community alignment.

* Analyze community engagement metrics and provide reports to leadership.
