As we finalize the acquisition of this property, you'll play a crucial role in establishing our standards of excellence and ensuring a smooth transition.What We're Looking For:Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.Self-motivation and attention to detail.Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges.Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:CAM® or CAPS® designation.Yardi experience (preferred).What You'll Do:Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.Lead and coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.Why Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:Competitive Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with the potential for generous commissions and bonuses.
