Apply now and let's build a thriving community together!Responsibilities: As a Community Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property. Your responsibilities include:Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing lawsProvide exceptional customer service and build connections with residentsManage rent collection, deposits, and lease administration using Onesite softwareMarket available units and maintain a waitlist of prospective residentsOversee renovation and preparation of vacant units for rentalBid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, and manage vendor relationshipsEnsure property maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely mannerRespond to resident requests and complaints with efficiency and courtesyQualifications:Minimum two years of multi-family property management experienceOne year of management experience with a successful track record in leasing and renewal ratesLIHTC experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office and property management software skills (OneSite experience is a plus)Bilingual in Marshallese is a PLUS!Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsEmpathy towards residents and staff while enforcing community rulesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
