This role is essential in maintaining strong communication with our residents, ensuring renewals at proforma rates, and upholding our reputation for excellent service.Key Responsibilities:Resident Communication: Proactively communicate with residents daily, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive living experience.Lease Renewals: Manage the renewal process by contacting residents 60 days before lease expiration to renew at proforma rates.Rent Collection: Managing the rent collection & delinquency each month.Scorecard Focus: Achieve monthly bonus opportunities by meeting key performance metrics, including: Percentage of calls answered, Timeliness in hitting routine communication checkpoints, Achieving 100% 5-star reviews from residents, Maintaining assigned budget lines effectively.Resident Satisfaction: Ensure residents have a seamless experience, from move-in to renewal, contributing to high satisfaction and retention rates.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in customer service or property management is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving high performance.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: Depends on Experience - Starts at $50,000 per yearBonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance against scorecard metrics.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement options.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to ...@archstonecap.com with the subject line Resident Engagement Specialist Application - Des Moines.
