The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of their assigned community/unit. This position ensures the safety of residents and staff by overseeing and implementing processes that are reflective of the policies and procedures of Three Rivers Treatment Center.The Community Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the unit and provides leadership, guidance, and support to the staff assigned to the community. This role also includes managing safety and quality control checks, reporting and resolving unit needs, and contributing to therapeutic treatment environments.The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assigned unit, ensuring that all procedures adhere to Three Rivers Treatment Center policies. This role is responsible for guiding staff on therapeutic interventions and overseeing documentation and caseload assignments.Regular safety and quality control checks are required to maintain a secure environment.The Community Manager is responsible for submitting work orders, prioritizing them based on safety, and following up to ensure timely resolution.This role is responsible for enhancing the therapeutic environment within the community by guiding skills coaches on effective therapeutic interventions. The Community Manager will ensure that staff are consistently using therapeutic techniques in accordance with center policies.The Community Manager oversees room assignments within the community, ensuring they align with Three Rivers Treatment Center's policies and procedures. They will also assign caseloads to skills coaches and ensure proper documentation is completed.The Community Manager will report any anticipated shifts in resident acuity and safety concerns to the clinical team. They will also collaborate with other departments to provide regular milieu reports that contribute to treatment planning and decision-making.The Community Manager has direct supervision responsibilities for all youth assigned to their community, including overseeing the jobs program and assessing resident participation and progress. This role is integral to the admission and discharge process, providing direct support and guidance as part of the multidisciplinary team.The Community Manager will assess the competency of skills coaches on their unit, recommending additional training when necessary. They will also oversee staff interventions, including verbal de-escalation and physical restraint techniques, and ensure staff are using these interventions appropriately.The Community Manager is responsible for supervising the performance of skills coaches, including conducting disciplinary actions when necessary. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred).? High School or GED required.? Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting.? Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and therapeutic interventions.? Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, safety management, and community-based operations.? Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.?
