The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with customers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HOA Community management. Job Requirements: Excellent technology skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred knowledge/experience with Vantaca Software Professionally respond to all customer & vendor requests Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, engaging, team player and fast learner Ability to cross train and help in other areas as needed This position requires a high level of confidence Real estate background helpful, but not required Job Responsibilities: Manage a variety of residential communities Communicate with Board of Directors Schedule and attend community meetings Manage all facets of common areas within communities Quickly becoming proficient with HOA Management software Processing vendor invoices Prepare accurate community budgets Review HOA Financials Build a trusted relationship with vendors Cross coverage for accounting team as needed Support other Community Managers, when needed Answer homeowner phone calls on a regular basis Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1 years' in property management, real estate or property development Strong written and verbal communication skills
