This Community Manager will oversee 3 market-rate luxury rental properties in Manhattan, one of which is a new development totaling to 1000 units.About the role:Client and Resident Interaction: Engage with property owners, asset managers, business partners, and residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.Contract and Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage service contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with agreements and safety standards.Financial Oversight: Participate in budgeting and forecasting, process invoices, manage vendor payments, and analyze financial patterns to make recommendations.Staff Supervision and Compliance: Direct and schedule staff, set goals, ensure policy compliance, and handle commissions and disputes for and with leasing representatives.Who you are: 5+ years' experience in NYC residential property management Organized and ProactiveStrong budgeting experience and conflict resolution Ready to hit the ground runningThis position offers: Comprehensive health benefits and perks401K match plan Competitive PTO Starting base salary $110K-$120K If you're interested in this position, apply today or email your resume to ...@Hays.com .#LI-DNI
