Join Our Team as a Community Marketing Director! WherePassion, Purpose and Promise Align What You'll Do: As our Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison, you'll beour ambassador in the community, spreading the word about our services topotential residents, families, and healthcare partners like Assisted Living,Independent Living, Hospitals, Hospice and Home Health agencies. Small communities, like ours, callfor community involvement for the locals. We understand our role in the community is to prove our commitmentthrough support to our community and community function. We also need to support a seamlesstransition for our residents-making it
our job is to relieve theburden for those who are making decisions for new chapters in their lives.
What We're Looking For:- ENERGY! And Awesome communication skills!
- Knowledge of the local skilled nursing market and key players like case managers and discharge planners
- Ability to work independently, make smart decisions, and think critically
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- At least two years of experience in healthcare, customer service, and/or community development programs.
- Significant understanding of the community needs
- Background in Volunteer Program Development
- Familiarity with Non-Profit Organizations and Mission Driven process
- Ability to apply Social Media Platforms to support business development
What You'll Be Up To:Building relationships with medical and professional community to showcase our services. Following up on referrals and educating potential residents and families about what we offer. Sometimes doing in-house or on-site assessments to establish care needs. Making sure new admissions transition smoothly from their previous care setting to ours. Keeping everyone on the team in the loop to make sure every admission goes off without a hitch. Getting involved in local events and community groups to spread the word about us. Helping to shape our marketing plan with your awesome ideas. Keeping track of all your hard work with detailed reports for our Administrator. Staying on top of what's happening in our healthcare market and what our competition is up to. Handling intake paperwork when new folks join us. Sometimes negotiating with insurance companies to get the services our residents need. Always communicating clearly and positively with everyone involved, from referrals to families. Desire to create a Culture of TRUST and FUN through sponsorship or development of support groups, volunteer organizations. Where You'll Work: You'll be all over the place-community centers, hospitals,and wherever else your marketing magic takes you!
