*Candidate must reside between Boston and Harford*POSITION SUMMARY:As a Community Pet Health Lead you will play a pivotal role in fostering growth and expansion across a regional network of a group of veterinary hospitals. Collaborating closely with veterinary practices, Field Operations team, Field Medical team, the Growth and Client Experience team, Marketing, and Support Center Operations team, you will co-create growth strategies tailored to each hospital's unique needs. The Community Pet Health Lead will lead their veterinary practices to achieve sustainable growth and enhance market presence, ensuring the long-term success and prosperity. This includes activities from planning/facilitating events/campaigns to conducting local research and presenting insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:•Work closely with veterinary practices to understand their business objectives, challenges, and growth aspirations.•Develop a strong and consistent brand presence in the region to enhance your veterinary practice's visibility and reputation.•Facilitates local events in assigned communities to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition.•Ensure that clients are retained and expanded for assigned practices. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.•Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, initiatives, and local campaigns.•Coordinates activities with practice staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.•Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with veterinary practices within the assigned region.•Identify growth opportunities and challenges through comprehensive analysis of local market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.•Understands local market dynamics for specialty, telehealth, urgent care, etc. to leverage current practices to be more competitive and forward planning.•Review hours of operation and work with the Practice Managers to optimize operational hours for practice growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.•Proven experience in business development, community events, or marketing, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.•Veterinary experience preferred•Ability to travel 3 weeks per month on average within the region.•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.•Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.•Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results in a collaborative environment.•Knowledge of veterinary industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.•Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.•Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.•Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time•Professional follow-up and follow-through skills.•Strong work ethic and desire to achieve results.•Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without restrictions.

Salary- Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with a base range typically starting range salary of $60,000 - $75,000.00.
