Required Experience:1. High School Diploma required. 2. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, or 4 years equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services, case management, or a related field, with a focus on government program applications.4. In-depth knowledge of the local state Medicaid program and benefits, Medicare, waivers, housing assistance programs, food stamps (SNAP), and other local state entitlement programs.5. Bilingual skills preferred.#COORD
