Administers the sales and services programs of the Bank to achieve Branch Sales goals, including prospecting customers, conducting business calls and referrals to other departments. Consumer lending functions (originating and closing loans).Ensures that applicable bank lending policies and practices are followed.Manages staff including, scheduling, performance reviews, leadership, training, performance counseling, disciplinary, etc.Creates annual personal performance plans for staff and measures effectiveness of plan and performance throughout the year.Functions as a PBR as needed and open, closes and maintains deposit products and related services as needed. Cross sells products when appropriate.Functions as a CSR as needed. Follow Teller Cash Control as directed by Cash Handling Procedure and meet accuracy requirements for File Maintenance. Ensures that cash and branch operations are in compliance with bank procedures, policy and internal audit controls. Administers Regulation CC and oversees and reviews system-wide hold policy as well as approval of holds. Responsible for administration and decisioning for all exceptions to policy regarding customer transactions and processing.Supports the development of a sales team culture within the community office, including achieving individual sales goals.Represent the Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.Act as a sales agent to refer business to Investment Trust, Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending, VISA Merchant, Business Manager and Wealth Management.Is supportive and participates in Customer Benefits Program. Use good reasoning and organizational skills.Stand/sit for several hours in a row.Regularly exert significant physical exertion to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, twist and reach.Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.Regularly drive, stand, walk and use hands to handle, finger or feel objects, tools or controls. Use knowledge in operating and maintaining various types of equipment.Follow instructions and safety policies.Regular and predictable attendance and presence at work.Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences.Ability to effectively perform responsibilities under a high level of stress.Regularly direct and plan employees to work, including successful performance in their essential duties and responsibilities.Regularly appraise employees' productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in employment status.Regularly recommend disciplinary action, advancement, promotion and firing of employees, implement such actions as appropriate.Review and respond to employee complaints.Regularly conduct training of new employees.Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises one or more Branch employees.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
